Minnie Mouse made her debut alongside her beau, Mickey Mouse, in 1928's Steamboat Willie.  Modeled after a flapper girl, Minnie is the classic girl-next-door.  Filled with girlish charm and innocence, Minnie is down-to-earth and sweet. 

Besides Mickey, of course, Minnie is a popular character at the Disney theme parks.  In 1986, Minnie was honored with that being named her year.  She received much deserved recognition.

Minnie loves gardening and shopping with her best friend, Daisy Duck.  She has a pet cat named Figaro, who also starred in "Pinocchio". 

Minnie loves performing and singing, but she graciously shares the spotlight with Mickey.
