Pocahontas is a beautiful and proud Native American princess; daughter of Chief Powhatan.  When Captain John Smith arrives with the English settlers, trouble arises for the Indian maiden and her people.  The newcomers only want the tribes' land, and they want to change the world that Pocahontas knows.  As she befriends John Smith, Pocahontas teaches him about the true riches of her world - the nature and beauty that surrounds them.
